AIiIA Consulting, LLC cares deeply about the privacy of its visitors and users. To that end, this Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes how AIiIA Consulting collects, uses, and shares your Personal Information ("PI"), as well as an explanation of the data rights you may have in that Personal Information. We receive, collect and store information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, communications); payment details (including invoicing and billing information, if applicable), comments, feedback, product reviews, and recommendations.

When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

 

3. Why do we collect this information

We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to offer our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications, on secure servers behind a firewall. We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, or as required by applicable law, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized. Payments on www.aiiiaconsulting.com are processed through Square and PayPal — both of which adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, a joint effort of brands including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment card information. AIiIA Consulting, LLC does not directly store, process, or transmit your payment card data.

 

5.Data Sharing and Third-Party Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. However, to provide our strategic consulting services and maintain operational excellence, we share limited personal information with trusted third-party service providers. This includes analytics providers (to understand website performance), CRM and email marketing platforms (to manage professional communications and newsletters), and payment processors (to securely handle service transactions). The legal basis for this sharing is our legitimate interest in efficiently managing our business and the performance of our contract with you. All third-party partners are contractually obligated to implement stringent security measures and are prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than providing services to us. California residents may further exercise their right to opt-out of such "sharing" for cross-contextual advertising by contacting us directly.

 

6. How do we share your personal information

We may share your personal information with the following categories of third parties, solely to the extent necessary to operate our website and deliver our services: (1) Website hosting and platform: Wix.com hosts www.aiiiaconsulting.com and processes data on our behalf in accordance with the Wix Privacy Policy; (2) E-commerce and store operations: Wix Stores, Wix Pricing Plans, and Modalyst (dropshipping) process order and product data to fulfill purchases; (3) Booking and events: Wix Booking and Wix Events & Tickets collect registration and scheduling information to manage appointments and event sign-ups; (4) Payment processing: Square and PayPal process payment transactions. These providers operate under their own privacy and security policies and do not grant us access to your full payment card details; (5) E-commerce integrations: Amazon with Wix and QuickBooks Connector may receive order and billing data to facilitate inventory and accounting; (6) Customer communication: Wix Forms and Wix Smart Chat collect contact and inquiry information to enable you to reach us. Mailchimp may receive your email address if you subscribe to our mailing list; (7) Analytics: Google Analytics collects anonymized data about how visitors use our website (pages visited, session duration, device type) to help us improve our services. You may opt out of Google Analytics tracking at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout; (8) Content and blogging: Wix Blog may process interaction data related to blog content on our site; (9) Professional advisors: lawyers, accountants, and auditors bound by professional confidentiality obligations; (10) Law enforcement or government authorities, where required by applicable law or to protect our legal rights; (11) Successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business assets, subject to the same privacy commitments. We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

 

7. How do we communicate with our site visitors

We may contact you to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you.
