About the Founder

AIiIA Consulting is led by Irina I. Agoulnik, an executive advisor and organizational strategist with more than three decades of leadership experience across science, healthcare, technology, nonprofit organizations, and entrepreneurship. Throughout her career, Irina has helped organizations solve complex operational challenges, build partnerships, improve decision-making, and guide strategic transformation.

While the industries have varied, the work has remained remarkably consistent:

Since 2024, Irina built a working relationship with AI, not a one-off prompt here and there, but a deliberate practice of giving AI the context, background, and domain knowledge it needs to actually be useful.

Most people skip that step. They type a question into a system that knows nothing about their business or their goals, and get a generic answer back. She took the opposite approach, across a stack of tools spanning research, content production, and business operations and automation. The tools aren't the point. The process of knowing how to evaluate, integrate, and know when not to use one - that's the value she brings to clients.
